This licence
This End User License Agreement (the Licence) is between With Intelligence Inc. (OWI, “we”) and the person or business using the Operate With Intelligence software (the Software) — Mission Control, the client room, and the connectors that read systems you authorise.
It covers the software itself. What we do with data is in the Privacy Policy; the commercial relationship is in the Terms of Service. If this Licence and those documents disagree about data handling, the Privacy Policy governs.
Using the Software means accepting this Licence. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software.
What you may do
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Software for your own business purposes, for as long as your engagement with us is active and you are complying with this Licence.
The Software is provided as a hosted service. You are not receiving a copy of it, and nothing here transfers ownership of anything.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or try to derive its source code — except where that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or run a service bureau on it, or give access to anyone outside your business without our agreement.
- Remove or obscure any notice of ownership, and do not present the Software as your own.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Software, or interfere with its operation, other than under a written testing agreement with us.
- Use it to break the law, to infringe someone’s rights, or to handle data you are not entitled to handle.
- Use it to send unsolicited messages, or to do anything a connected provider’s own terms forbid.
Connected systems, and the limits built in
The Software reads systems you authorise. Two rules hold across every one of them, and they are properties of how it is built rather than promises about how we behave:
- Access is read-only unless a specific integration says otherwise on the screen where you grant it.
- Nothing reaches a client, or leaves OWI, without a person approving it. The Software proposes; a named human decides.
Credentials are encrypted before storage and are never committed to source control. Each client’s material is isolated from every other client’s.
Google is connected today. The exact scopes requested are listed in the Privacy Policy and are read-only: mail, calendar, and only the individual Docs or Sheets you choose — not your Drive.
The following are connectors we are building, described here so the limits are agreed before anything is connected. Each applies when and if you connect it, and none of them is reading anything until you do:
- Jobber — when you connect it, read-only access to jobs, quotes, invoices and client records. The Software will not create, change or delete anything in Jobber.
- QuickBooks Online — when you connect it, read-only accounting data for the specific company you authorise. The Software will not write invoices, bills or payments into QuickBooks. Each company is a separate connection; authorising one does not reach another.
- Quo — when you connect it, read-only access to business phone and messaging records needed to follow up on work and reviews. The Software does not send messages through Quo.
Who owns what
We own the Software. All intellectual property in it — the code, the interface, the models of how work is described, the documentation — belongs to With Intelligence Inc. or our licensors. This Licence grants use, not ownership, and rights not granted here are reserved.
You own your data. Your business records, the material in systems you connect, and the reports produced for you remain yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not share it outside the people working with you. See the Terms.
If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Software without owing you anything for it. Feedback is not your confidential data and should not include any.
What the Software will not decide for you
The Software uses AI to read faster and organise evidence. It does not make decisions on your behalf. Nothing is published, sent or presented to you as a conclusion until a person at OWI has read it and put their name to it.
Output is not legal, tax, lending, accounting or valuation advice, and figures it produces are directional unless we say otherwise in writing.
No warranty
The Software is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, in which case the exclusions above apply to the extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of this Licence.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to this Licence is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You may stop using the Software at any time, and you may withdraw any connected system at any time from your own account with that provider or by telling us. We will tell you what we lose the ability to see.
This Licence ends when your engagement ends, or immediately if you breach it in a way you do not fix within a reasonable time after we ask. On termination your right to use the Software stops. Data handling after that — export and deletion — follows the Privacy Policy, and the sections of this Licence that should survive termination do.
Governing law
This Licence is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.
Changes and contact
We may update this Licence as the Software changes. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the Software after a change means accepting it.
